GrabFood?
GrabFood is a popular food delivery service operating in many countries,
including Malaysia. It lets you order food from lots of restaurants and have it
brought to your door. Just tap a few times on the GrabFood app, and you can
satisfy your hunger. You get a wide choice of food, from local favorites to
fancy restaurant meals. That means you can enjoy lots of different types of
food without going out.
GrabFood is also really interesting, it rewards you when you order. Each
time you order, you earn GrabRewards points, which you can use for rewards or
discounts. So, using GrabFood isn't just easy but also rewarding.
With GrabFood, you have different options for ordering. You can get your food right away, set a time for later delivery, or pick up your order from the restaurant. This flexibility lets you plan your meals however you like. Another point is GrabFood takes safety seriously. The app and systems behind is using strong security measurement to keep your account and payment information safe, so that you can feel confident and safe when ordering food.
To sum up, GrabFood is a convenient, rewarding, and safe way to get food
delivered, offering a wide variety of options for all tastes.
WHAT IF
What if GrabFood increases its Delivery Fee?
If GrabFood increases its delivery fee, from my point of view what might happen is a declined volume of orders through GrabFood because customers may become price-sensitive and order less frequently or they might find alternative food delivery services that don't charge as much as GrabFood for the delivery costs.
Despite the decrease in their order and customers choosing other alternative platforms, GrabFood will be less competitive compared to other platforms that provide lower delivery costs, because most of the customers will switch to competitors that offer better pricing for their services. which further may cause the GrabFood's revenue to decline.

What if GrabFood uses eco-friendly packaging?
Eco-friendly packaging is becoming more and more popular. This was brought about by increased consumer worries about the environment, changes in regulations, the desire for sustainable products, and advancements in packaging technology. Businesses are realizing that environmentally responsible packaging not only improves brand image and satisfies consumer expectations, but also lessens its environmental impact. Rather than being a fad, the industry is seeing a major transformation with the move toward sustainable packaging. Thus, more of this is likely to occur in the future.
Making the move to eco-friendly packaging could benefit GrabFood in several ways. This kind of packaging may have a reducing effect on the environment because it typically comprises sustainable or recycled materials. It might also help GrabFood's reputation and draw in environmentally conscious customers. GrabFood might be able to comply with the increasingly stringent regulations around single-use plastics if it uses an environmentally friendly container. Furthermore, GrabFood might partner with environmental organizations to enhance its reputation as a socially responsible company. In an attempt to reduce its environmental impact, GrabFood already provides a "no-cutlery" option for every order. Making the switch to environmentally friendly packaging is not easy, though. These consist of increased expenses, modified supply chain procedures, and the necessity of customer instruction. Despite these challenges, long-term perspectives may be a good thing.

WHAT WOW
Super app integration
What's special about GrabFood is that, unlike other food delivery apps, GrabFood is integrated into a larger Grab super app, which is like a digital Swiss Army Knife with GrabFood being just one of its blades. This means that users can enjoy the convenience of multiple services in a single app, they no longer have to switch between multiple apps for different needs (Naik, 2019). For instance, if they are planning a night out, they can book a ride with GrabCar, browse for restaurants on GrabFood, order their meal, and pay, all within the same app. This approach makes things much more convenient for users, saving them valuable time and effort. Not only that, grab also offers other services such as Grab Mart, where they partner up with various stores like Jaya Grocer, Guardian, Authentic Bakery, and more. This feature is perfect if you ever feel lazy or have no time to go shopping. You can even pay your bills, book hotels and resorts, and send out parcels.

GrabFood is one of the most specialised services in the industry. The service has quite the satifactory service as compared to other services in the same field. It provides more flexibility in ordering such as how you get the product (pick-up or delivery), how and where you want to order the food from, and the factor of reliability which is quite important if you are a user of these types of services.
GrabFood appears to be slightly faster in delivering your order compared to other services while also being a Business Friendly service. GrabFood is also generally more Merchant friendly compared to other services such as food panda because they give less fees for the businesses as well as having a good environment for the merchant to interact with the service. WHAT WORKS
GrabFood are widely connected to restaurants: Customers
order food from nearby restaurants through the GrabFood APP, and Grab works
with drivers who pick up the food from the restaurant and deliver it to the
customer's home. The driver earns income from tips and service charges from the
customer. (Jugnoo, 2021)
APP easy to use: Customers can intuitively and friendly browse
their favorite restaurants and food from the app, and customers can easily
track orders and deliveries. Besides that, the APP also provides multiple
language support which can be used by a wide range of customers
